- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I originally chose to use Centerback because of the 'local' feel of it. While my loan agent was satisfactory, I would have preferred to continue to work with a local bank. Immediately upon my mortgage loan closing, they sold my mortgage to another company defeating the purpose of me dealing with someone local. I'd much rather have dealt with my everyday bank and wish I did not finance my loan with them. I gave an extra star because the loan officer was easy to deal with.By Benjamin Conner, May 30, 2017
