- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I purchased a vehicle there last year. The salesman was pushy and in retrospect, I wished I would have bought the car from someone else who was nicer. The service department is very hard to get in touch with by phone and you are almost forced to use the internet to set up appointments. It is not as easy as it sounds to set up an appointment for service. One does not always know what their car needs to have done. The service personnel have a range of personalities. There is a female service person who works the desk out in the service department itself who is NOT friendly toward customers. I do NOT recommend dealing with her. I will not be buying my next vehicle from this particular dealership. Making service appointments is a hassle, I wish I could have saved myself the trouble from having.
