- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★7350 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236 I have to admit I have had some negative experiences with some employees over the years I've had some great ones too. I had a mailman whom I loved for almost 3 years that dude was the best. But every time I have reached out to address a concern I have been given a professional response that I appreciate. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I cannot even begin to convey how inept these employees are. I submitted a hold mail request that was meant to last a week while I was on vacation. I went to pick it up as my confirmation email specifies and I'm told it's not there, the carrier probably has it out. Why? So I go back home to find it isn't there. So not only was my request not followed, but I never got a call from the supervisor to figure out what in the hell happened to my mail.By Leigh Otten, June 03, 2017
