  Horrible wait times - EX: I am truculently on hold and have been for almost an hour. It is like this every, single, time. Worst online website to navigate also which is why you end up having to call to be put on hold for an hour at a time.

  I work in customer service so I try to remain patient, but GE's customer service has always been terrible. Rude tellers, unanswered questions, etc. Now when I made an appointment to close on a loan a week beforehand, the Eastgate location made me wait 30 mins into my appointment time, asked me to come back in 15 mins, and when I did come back took another customer before me (appointment was for 2p, I didn't START closing paperwork until 3p). The teller was some what apologetic but both her and management didn't take responsibility for anything, had no real explanations as to why, I even had my 10 month old with me but they both had zero empathy. GE also failed to inform me beforehand that I would need $10 to open a temporary active account for the loan so I had to take an ATM fee, thier copier was down so I had to wait for my closing copies (they had to copy from a fax machine) and when I asked for a folder/envelope/ANYTHING, to carry my copies and loan check, they said they didn't have any. There was nothing positive about this experience whatsoever...

  Long times waiting in line. Put a fraud on my card. Tellers usually rude.
