  I was approached by a home improvement contractor who said damage to my roof may be storm damage. His offer seemed good so I called Safeco to submit a claim. Submitting the claim was very easy with no hassles and the young lady taking the claim was very pleasant and professional. Todd Mahnke was the claims adjuster that came to inspect my roof and gutters. He also was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Todd was prompt to call and set up an appointment. He was able to come earlier but not before calling to see if it was convenient with me. He was very thorough with his inspection and demonstrated knowledge and professionalism during his inspection. The result was that the actual amount of covered damage was below my deductible but was pretty much what I expected. Even though the claim did not result in a roof replacement or other coverage I was pleased with the hassle free process and being made to feel that I was the customer and was treated with respect and kindness along with professionalism.

  Bob is very responsive and always willing to help. He is thorough, making sure to always get all the discounts possible. He does not make you wait around and will get back to you within a couple of days, if not within a couple of hours. Perfect service and great rates! Couldn't be happier.

  We recently decided to shop around for insurance after not being happy with our current company. We did some online quotes through different companies and weren't having much luck. I found Lauber & Will insurance online and couldn't be happier. I was called the very next day after submitting an inquiry on their website. They have been extremely helpful through the whole process talking us through everything and saving us a significant amount of money on our policies. I was also pleasantly surprised when I got a nice welcome to the family note in the mail and found out they are very supportive of the community and local charities.
