- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My husband and I have been reflecting back on businesses we have encountered in the past years, rating their customer service. Lately, I have come across many people (insurance companies, grocery clerks, etc) who seem so unhappy and come across as rude to their customers. So we started thinking back on buying our house a few years ago and how helpful Frank and his team were as they assisted us with the first time home buying process. From running paperwork out to my car so I didn't have to wake my sleeping babies, to answering what had to have been million questions we had, Option Financial provided wonderful customer service.
